Keepsake/Jewellery Box

Keepsake/jewellery box with end insert and butt hinge variation. Both boxes are made from ash wood along with mahogany veneer lid and spline keys. Both have a piece of burgundy red velour paper on the base to give a suede look. Used David Freedman’s Box Making Basics book as a reference.
